Arielle Johnston CSCS, NSCA-CPT

​As a former collegiate athlete, with a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health and a Master's degree in Health and Human Performance, I am passionate about helping people of all fitness levels experience the benefits strength training has on their physical and mental well-being. I love teaching people, especially beginners, how to move their bodies and get stronger!​
